MMPI is regulated by the Financial Regulator in Ireland as an Investment Business Firm. The company conducts all of its business (including its internet activities) with clients or potential clients, having due regard for both the letter and spirit of the Codes of Conduct and other Guideline Notices issued by the Financial Regulator, from time to time. MMPI uses several Service Administrators in order to assist the company in the provision of enhancements and general amendments to its website.

At MMPI, we recognise the importance of your privacy. It's understandable that you may be concerned with the information you provide to us or information that is collected by us and how we use it. With these concerns in mind, we have developed the MMPI Privacy Policy outlined, hereunder. Information and Uses
MMPI will use reasonable efforts to prevent the disclosure of, or the use of, your personal information by unauthorised third-parties. We will not sell, share, or rent your information in any way other than described, herein. Due to the inherent technology being used, MMPI may collect information from you at several different points on our web site. We collect information in the following areas:

1. Registration
During registration, you are required to give contact information (such as your name and/or email address). This information is used to provide the services, which you have requested, or to contact you about the service on our site for which you have expressed interest. We may contact you from time to time with news and also marketing and promotional information. We may also use such data to provide you with information, which we believe may be useful to you.

2. Cookies
Like most websites, MMPI uses cookie technology on its website. A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred from a web site to the hard drive of your computer so that the site administrator may identify your computer and passively track its activities on the web site. This unique number identifies your web browser to our computer system whenever you visit our site. We may place a cookie in the browser file of your computer. However, the cookie. Itself, does not contain any personally identifying information about you. The cookie does not track your personal information or provide us with any means of contacting you, and the cookie does not extract any information from your computer. MMPI uses the cookie to provide functional information about your browser, allowing us to provide you with an enhanced degree of navigation on our website. We also use cookies to gather broad demographic information and general usage patterns about you and other users of our site. If your browser rejects cookies, you may still use the MMPI site. However, your ability to navigate effectively or to access all of the pages on the site may be limited. Some of our business partners may also use cookies on our site.

3. Web Beacons
Also known as clear GIFs; or single-pixel GIFs, web beacons are small image files, which MMPI may place on web pages and within web-based email newsletters, which it transmits from time to time. Working in conjunction with cookies, web beacons allow MMPI to accurately count the number of unique users, who have visited a specific page on the MMPI site and the number of times those pages are displayed. We can also use web beacons to let us know how many people opened a web-based email newsletter. This information is only collected in aggregate form and will not be linked to your personally identifiable data.

4. Log Files
We use server log data to help administer the site; to better understand the parts of the site; which specific items of content are of most interesting to our site users; and also to measure volumes of traffic. Each time an MMPI page is requested from your browser, we log your computer's IP address into our log files. Your computer has been pre-assigned a 12-digit number. This number is the IP address. We use your IP addresses to analyse trends, administer the site, track your movements on the site and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

5. New Technology
MMPI keeps abreast of up-to-date technology and may install such software on its website in order to capture appropriate data and to improve its service quality.
