Self Build
The majority of lenders have not changed their criteria on Self Build Projects and are still offering up to 100% of the build cost. The amount of money available on a site purchase will depend on how it is to be acquired, i.e is it gifted, being sole by a family member or bought with/without planning. Also the amount you can borrow will depend if there is planning or outline planning permission
