Affordable Housing
An affordable home is a home that you buy at a discount to the market price, and you must live in it. If you sell it within 20 years, you will have to pay back a percentage of the sale price to the local authority. Affordable housing is the term used to describe the provision of affordable homes by local authorities.
When applying for a home through the Affordable Housing Scheme the County Council will need to know how much you can borrow. Learn more on their wedsite and call us to get the ball rolling. www.affordablehome.ie/
